Infomercials are my pet peeve. There is no way to target a pot belly. Reducing caloric intake is the only way to trim the belly. The most effective abdominal muscles in a workout routine are the obliquus (aka Obliques). The External Obliquus is the abdominal muscles that can shape. Research proves body size is not the major sign of attractiveness. Men are attracted by the hip-waist ratio. Targeting the Obliquus will provide the best result to improve the hip-waist ratio.
